A&E Environment has three decades of industry experience, remediating asbestos. We have performed remediation projects for residences, hospitals, schools, cities and town buildings, federal facilities, as well as commercial facilities. Our objective is to remediate the health risks and improve the air quality. We work with any type or size of structure, including single-family homes, industrial facilities, office buildings, and more. We have an excellent crew with decades of experience, everyone is certified, licensed, trustworthy, knowledgeable and have been with A&E Environmental for a number of years.
Our crews follow the rules and regulations of our industry set forth by MASSDEP, DLS, OSHA, EPA, AHERA, NESHAP.Our process on how we bid a project is different than most. We set an appointment to review the project, or go to a walk through. We also have the capability to do this remotely if needed. We evaluate the project and prepare an environmental remediation plan in accordance with our industries rules and regulations. Once we do this we can now prepare a quote for the project.
We do not quote over the phone without seeing a project, we do not bid projects on a square footage price only, and we do not believe in change orders unless it is something we could not have possibly have for seen, or was not included in the scope of work. We offer free quotes to people who own their own home, commercial clients, municipalities and more.
The Asbestos Abatement Process

Perform pre renovations & pre demolition surveys

File the appropriate notifications with the correct agencies,

Perform the removal/remediation in accordance with in compliance with the rules and regulations for our industry.

Coordinate with an independent project monitor to perform the necessary visuals, and air clearance/s required.

Properly dispose of the asbestos waste in an approved landfill for asbestos waste.

Complete all necessary paperwork

Send you copies all notifications, visuals and air clearance reports, waste disposal records, through email and mail in our A&E Environmental, Inc folders.
